Today’s companies are increasingly challenged concurrently by skilled employee retirements and emerging new technologies.
At the same time, management is forced to fill skilled job vacancies with a insufficient number of qualified applicants.
With the assistance of the KDP staff, both labor and management bring into play their expertise, practiced experience and resources to design and implement superior training and skill development programs.
These same programs sustain and expand the work organization’s knowledge base while promoting quality employment opportunities and workforce advancement.

KDP works on-site directly with skilled labor and management personnel and with their joint training committees to develop effective training programs that raise skill levels for incumbent employees as well as providing basic training for new hires.
The success of these innovative programs is based on the shared community of interest of participating employers and labor organizations. KDP coordinates these efforts with government, education and the broader community. |
